Founded in 2019, Bambiibrush was created to help make an every day product; sustainable, aesthetic and convenient. Co-founder Dylan devoted his Masters in Economics thesis to investigate consumer behaviour in this field. He investigated the gap between intention and behaviour in plastic usage. "Everyone says they are concerned about the environment and overconsumption of plastic, yet they still purchase single use plastic on a daily basis". He discovered the key drivers that drove plastic usage even among those who had good intentions, was convenience and incentive. Through travelling and seeing plastic toothbrushes offered all along the way, Bambiibrush was born to bridge the gap, in the coolest way possible.
